Vienna Dating is built on respect, authenticity, and kindness. These Community Guidelines outline expected behavior and prohibited activities to ensure a positive experience for all members. By using our platform, you agree to follow these rules.

Our Core Values

We expect every member to embody:

• Respect: Treat others with courtesy and dignity, even if you disagree.
• Honesty: Be truthful in your profile and communications.
• Consent: Always obtain clear, enthusiastic consent before engaging in physical relations.
• Inclusivity: Welcome singles of all backgrounds, orientations, and identities.
• Safety: Prioritize personal and community wellbeing.

Prohibited Behavior

The following actions are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

• Harassment & Abuse: Threatening, stalking, intimidating, or targeting others with hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
• Sexual Exploitation: Soliciting sexual services, prostitution, or any form of commercial sex. Sharing graphic sexual content without consent.
• Fraud & Scams: Catfishing (pretending to be someone else), phishing, financial scams, requesting money or gifts, or misleading others for personal gain.
• Illegal Activities: Promoting or engaging in illegal acts including drug trafficking, underage use, or copyright infringement.
• Spam & Advertising: Sending unsolicited commercial messages, promoting competing services, or mass-messaging promotional content.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, celebrity, or entity.
• Privacy Violations: Sharing others' private information (doxxing), including screenshots of private conversations without consent.
• Self-Promotion Abuse: Using the platform solely to drive traffic to external sites, businesses, or social media.

Profile Standards

Your profile must:

• Use your real photo (no stock images, cartoons, or group photos where you're unrecognizable).
• Contain accurate, truthful information.
• Not include pornographic or graphically violent content.
• Not contain contact information (phone numbers, addresses, social media handles) in the bio.
• Not promote external businesses, services, or websites.

Communication Guidelines

When interacting with others:

• Respect boundaries—stop if someone expresses discomfort.
• Do not send unsolicited graphic images ("dick pics" or similar).
• Avoid aggressive, entitled, or demeaning language.
• Do not pressure anyone into meeting, sharing contact info, or engaging in activities they're not comfortable with.
• Report immediately if someone violates your boundaries or makes you feel unsafe.

Photo & Content Policies

All uploaded content must comply with these rules:

• No nudity or sexually graphic imagery, even if artistic.
• No images of minors, even if you're in them.
• No violent, disturbing, or graphic content.
• No watermarks, logos, or promotional text overlays.
• No copyrighted material you don't own.
• No pictures of vehicles, landscapes, memes, or celebrity faces—your face must be clearly visible.

Enforcement & Consequences

Violations may result in:

• Warning: For minor first-time offenses.
• Temporary suspension: Account disabled for a specified period.
• Permanent ban: Account terminated with no possibility of reinstatement.

We may also report illegal activities to law enforcement. Appeals for suspensions can be submitted through our Contact page, but bans are typically final.

Reporting & Safety Team

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, report it immediately. Our safety team reviews reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action. To report:

• Use the "Report" button on the user's profile.
• Provide as much detail as possible (screenshots, dates, descriptions).
• Our team will not share your identity with the reported user.
• You'll receive notification once the report is processed.

What We Don't Tolerate

Zero tolerance for:

• Any form of harassment or threats
• Underage use (must be 18 or older)
• Sexual exploitation or solicitation
• Hate speech or discriminatory behavior
• Scamming or financial exploitation

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own conduct on the platform. This includes:

• Keeping your account secure and not sharing it.
• Not encouraging others to break these guidelines.
• Cooperating with investigations when requested.
• Updating us if you believe your account has been compromised.
